Womans Record Participation for 2008 Olympics

Olympics 2008 in Beijing has witnessed its most top notch mark for womans participation. This is significant achievement as compared to earlier records. Just see these figures.. Olympics in Rome 1960 with only 611 women participation, then in Sydney 2000 there were 4069 women and in Athens 4306. So its really a great jump over the years.

This year there were around 11,196 athletes out of which 4,746 were women athletes. Comparing to other competitors, European womens have bagged the most medals.

Woman as a Mother

Womans have been gifted the precious crown for being a mother by god. Every woman desires and prides herself to be a good mother. You can see the happiness on her smile when she becomes a mother.

Being a mother does not mean just giving birth to babies. Its actually not so easy to bind the meaning of mother in just words but I must say she has valuable characteristics of caring, responsible, devotion and love which she spreads throughout her life.

When woman becomes a mother her responsibility increases but she manages everything whether it is her home, family or work. Becoming a mother is not so easy. Right from the early days when the baby starts growing in her womb till birth she bears a lot. In fact woman only knows the kind of difficulties she passes through during the long journey of nine months. Then the period of taking care of babies day and night. Parallel to this she also takes care of her family members and home responsibilities. I have seen that after becoming mother her nature is more inclined towards better care taker. Hereafter she becomes more mature and understanding. The way a woman takes care of her children is incomparable to any other member in family. She takes the lead in bringing their children a better tomorrow by preaching many life practices whether its culture, values, morals or any other things. Raising their children from childhood to maturity she gives a lot of her. As the time goes on her role plays many dramatic influences which are necessary for the development of child and it continues throughout the rest of life.

I really admire my mom and other womans for their overall qualities which makes our lives merrier every now and then. For all kinds of devotion, love, kindness, caring etc. we all together salute the womans for being 'Great Mothers'.

Roles of Woman in Life

Have you ever wondered how many roles a woman plays throughout his life? Have you at least given a thought about how a woman sustains all these roles via her caring and loving nature?

Just imagine right from the early childhood till the end of life, the kind of roles she plays is really incomparable to any devotion from anybody else. A dearest daughter, a caring sister, a responsible mother, a kind aunt, a grandmother and so on...just see how she lives her life.

I see that there is some inborn gifted nature that woman possesses which makes them to be so outstanding in their life roles.

When I was about to start this blog, my friends kept on asking me these question .....are you alright? Is there something wrong with you? You don't have anything else to do man?

One of them asked me hey man who inspired you to start this blog? This is what I told him .. When I was working in a company called stylusinc, I met monisha who is a woman with number of keys about womans life, importance, values, rights and so on. Her perspective and thoughts about woman showed me the real picture of womans importance. She stands against all woman rights injustice and is bold enough to rage her voice any place, anytime. Her character is a blend of fun, emotional and a good thinker!

Additionally when I passed through different stages of life, had life experiences with womans in form of mom, wife, sister, relatives, colleagues and so on...all their roles inspired me to bring value for woman via this blog.
